Sasti Tiles delivers across India. Because tiles are heavy and fragile, shipping works a little differently from regular parcels – please read the details below.
Delivery areas
We ship to most pin codes in India. If your location is remote or not serviceable by our transport partners, we will contact you before dispatch.
Dispatch & delivery time
- In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
- Large or bulk orders may be shipped by truck/transport and can take longer. We will share an estimated date with you.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on the weight, number of boxes and delivery location, and are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.
Unloading
Delivery is made up to the nearest accessible point at ground level. Unloading and carrying material upstairs is the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Check on delivery
Please count the boxes and check for visible damage when your order arrives. Record an unboxing video and report any breakage within 48 hours on WhatsApp at +91 98910 44470 or email sastitiles@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
Shade & batch variation
Tiles from different production batches can vary slightly in shade. We recommend ordering all tiles for one area together, plus 5–10% extra for cutting and wastage.
