By using this website or placing an order with Sasti Tiles, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Products & images

We try to show colours, textures and finishes as accurately as possible, but screen settings and natural batch variation mean the actual tile may look slightly different. Sizes and thicknesses are as specified by the manufacturer and may vary within normal industry tolerances.

Prices & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
Prices and stock can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error, we will contact you and may cancel the order with a full refund.

Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, where offered, once we confirm the order with you). We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.

Quantities

Tiles are sold by the box. It is your responsibility to check the area and quantity you need; we recommend adding 5–10% extra for cutting and wastage. We are happy to help you calculate this.

Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.

Installation

We supply tiles only. Installation is done by your own contractor; we are not responsible for issues arising from laying, adhesives, grouting, or site conditions.
